The SAP Upgrade Assessment has the following phases.
Identification of requirements and scope This includes auditing of existing SAP system, assessing and scoping the upgrade.
Analysis and design Considers the features and functions of SAP software so you can derive optimum benefits from your investment in SAP.
Implementation Includes detailed planning for infrastructure related activities like server sizing, interfaces and other upgrade relates activities. Training on the new features or processes is imparted.
Post Upgrade Scoping R/3 archiving and support.
