Business Blueprint Our consultants conduct requirement gathering workshops to understand how you intend to run the business using R/3 system, to define the scope of your SAP R/3 implementation and create the Business Blueprint document.

Realization The business blueprint is used as the guide for the system configuration to configure the R/3 System, in order to have an integrated and documented solution that fulfills your business process requirements.

Final Preparation The final preparation of the R/3 System is completed for going live. This includes testing, user training, system management and cutover activities, to finalize your readiness to go live.
